Job Summary:
The Senior Support Analyst (Integration) is responsible for supporting and managing custom API solutions, MuleSoft-based integrations, and API platform operations. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex integration issues, collaborating with development teams, ensuring system reliability and performance, managing incidents, supporting end-users, participating in deployments, and contributing to continuous improvements. The position requires strong technical support skills, experience with MuleSoft or similar integration technologies, and the ability to work in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

Position Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to integrations including diagnosing and troubleshooting system errors and performance issues
Work closely with developers to understand the root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
Manage integrations with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Provide expert support to end-users troubleshoot issues and resolve technical challenges promptly
Lead initiatives to monitor and improve reliability stability and performance of systems with focus on end user experience and availability while proactively identifying issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the support team's efficiency
Respond to major incidents quickly and participate in root cause analysis and remediation planning
Manage day to day incidents including daily health checks coordinate with business partners and escalate issues as needed
Assist with deployments and oversee the move-over process ensuring minimal disruption
Develop and deliver knowledge documents and share knowledge with the team
Provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call rotation for critical production systems
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or another relevant engineering field
5 8+ years hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with at least 3 years developing or supporting MuleSoft API or similar technologies
Preferred experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API management data transformation and flow design
Knowledge of Java XML JSON and REST APIs
Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience conducting root cause analysis
Understanding of standard system architecture and system management tools
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Preferred experience building monitoring and alerting dashboards using Grafana Dynatrace Prometheus Datadog Splunk or similar tools along with site reliability concepts
