Title: Communications Coordinator

Important Note: This position requires candidates to be in onsite 5 days a week. Texas local candidates only.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
* Produce, distribute, and manage project related communications
* Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures needed for the project team
* Organizational change management
* Produce and distribute notifications to TxDOT for deployment/hot fixes
* Develop project team communications to update the team regarding changes, new processes, and so forth work as a technical product owner, collaborate, and prepare for the requirements discovery sessions, and conduct user story documentation, and product backlog grooming with Stakeholders and department executive staff
* Work requires contact with developers, information systems analysts, end users, subject matter experts and department executives
* Compose correspondence and technical documents in addition to other reasonable project delivery services as necessary for the selected TxDOT projects. Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with external documents such as newsletters or demonstrated equivalent writing and publishing design skills; public relations, marketing, targeted marketing, especially social media, promotional marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation tools, and web analytics for any agency.
* Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
* Min 2 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation technology.
* Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email and landing page optimization.
* Demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint; Access, and report-writer and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Knowledge of Associated Press Style.
