Role: Technology Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:
The candidate will ensure accurate status reporting, adherence to timelines, and effective governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Lead and manage technology projects across Member and Broker platforms Coordinate with Infrastructure, .NET Development, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform teams for seamless delivery Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time execution Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders Drive governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication.
Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Technology Project Management Strong experience in Healthcare Payer domain (Member and/or Provider)
Hands-on experience managing projects in Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Infra, Dev, QA, Business) Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Broker and Member systems in Medicare Advantage Exposure to cloud-based transformations leveraging Azure Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise workflow solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise tools for project tracking and reporting

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $55. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
