We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support enterprise Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Informatica ecosystem, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and enterprise data governance. Prior experience working with State Government environments is highly preferred.

10+ years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference Data for large organizations.
10+ years of experience implementing Data Quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Strong experience gathering business requirements, performing system analysis, and documenting functional specifications.
Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise-scale datasets in Snowflake.
Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integration.
Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Healthcare/Public Health.
Experience working with a State Agency.
