Summary

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery for enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements; document process flows, user stories, and functional specs
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into technical solutions
Evaluate current processes vs. best practices and recommend improvements
Create service blueprints, process diagrams, and maintain documentation in ADO
Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation
Support testing (test cases, scripts) and user training
Conduct feasibility studies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Scope:

Reporting, Transaction Processing, Billing & Invoicing
Collections & Toll Enforcement, Financial Reconciliation, Payments
CRM systems (preferably Microsoft CE), ERP (SAP S/4 HANA preferred)
Data Migration (ETL processes)

Required Skills:

3+ years of Business/Technical Analyst experience (preferably public sector)
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience with ADO, SQL/Excel, and data visualization tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with financial systems, ERP (SAP), or CRM platforms
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
