About the RoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in big data engineering, backend development, and modern frontend technologies. In this role, you will support complex, large-scale database engineering initiatives and contribute to strategic technical solutions that have broad organizational impact.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, evaluate multi-layered engineering challenges, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across our technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Lead and consult on complex, enterprise-level database engineering initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted data engineering challenges involving ambiguity, emerging technologies, or unprecedented technical considerations.
- Apply deep knowledge of functional standards, policies, and compliance requirements to meet project deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Python, Java, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Partner strategically with client and internal engineering teams to define requirements, propose solutions, and support long-term implementation success.
- Build and optimize big data pipelines and data processing components in distributed environments.
Required Skills & ExperienceCore Skills- 5+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Full-stack engineering experience with:
- Python
- Java
- React.js (1-2 years preferred)
- Big data engineering experience with tools such as:
- Hadoop
- Hive
- BigQuery
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Additional Skills (Preferred)- Experience with modern AI approaches, including Agentic AI
- Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems
- Ability to collaborate across diverse technical and non-technical partners
