Location: Onsite New York

Experience: 15+ years

Environment: Oracle Fusion Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large team members geographically distributed teams .


• Report directly to C-Suite.


• Conduct and manage meetings with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


• Oversee Oracle implementation, stabilization, and consolidation roadmaps.


• Manage portfolio and project activities, including cost monitoring and governance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with complex Oracle projects (Fusion Cloud expertise required).


• Proven experience managing large Oracle teams and projects.


• Have Management Consulting Experience Required to have thought leadership skills Have large delivery experience or program management experience


• Experience in Change management and stakeholder management


• Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written).


• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Oracle strategies.


• Demonstrated leadership in portfolio management and cost monitoring
