Job Description:

Senior IT Project Manager

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that drive business transformation by enabling new capabilities. This role is responsible for managing large-scale IT projects in partnership with infrastructure management, application development, and platform management - ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and navigate evolving business and technical landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of identified projects, from initiation through closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and success criteria.

Manage deliverables from cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.

Ensure alignment and compliance with IT & data governance standards.

Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies as appropriate.

Oversee vendor management and contract execution relative to the scope of the projects assigned.

Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

7-10+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale or enterprise initiatives

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects

Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow SPM

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with the Data Bricks environment (Considered a plus)
