Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Layout: Long-Term Contract
Responsibilities- Responsible as end-to-end delivery, business process alignment, and financial oversight rather than hands-on technical development.
- Play a key role in supporting ongoing SAP Vistex work and an upcoming SAP S/4 migration (Vistex V4)
- Lead delivery of SAP Vistex initiatives, including supplier incentives, chargebacks, rebates, and customer credits
- Manage post go-live and hyper-care activities, including daily status reporting, RAID log ownership, defect tracking, and issue prioritization
- Partner closely with SAP, Vistex, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment
- Own project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- Support and prepare for upcoming SAP S/4 migration work (Vistex V4)
- Ensure business readiness through change coordination, training alignment, and operational preparedness
- Drive accountability across matrixed teams without direct people management
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of project management experience
- Strong SAP and Vistex experience (required)
- Hands-on experience managing Vistex processes including:
- Chargebacks
- Rebates
- Supplier incentives
- Customer credits
- Proven experience managing post go-live and hyper-care environments
- Strong financial, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly and operate with urgency
Nice to Have- SAP S/4 migration experience
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Background supporting enterprise-scale SAP programs
