This entry-level Project Coordinator role supports over 100 IT revenue cycle initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The position focuses on coordinating pre-initiative activities, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are in place for successful execution.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track intake and pre-initiative activities using Google tools
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements
- Ensure initiative readiness (resource capacity, funding, approvals)
- Create and maintain tracking sheets, templates, and documentation
- Generate monthly status reports and update monthly roadmaps using ServiceNow data and Google Slides
- Lead meetings and support ongoing coordination efforts
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to maintain momentum

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (100+)
Stakeholder communication & meeting facilitation
Data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets/Slides)
Critical thinking & ability to learn new systems quickly
Proactive preparation and follow-through
