Summary

Currently modernizing North America PCs to increase refresh rate cycle
Currently have 80k admin devices over there
Team is of 20 people
Make sure we have enough PCs, hardware refresh, troubleshoot, inventory of hardware like imaging machines etc, ServiceNow, reporting, looking after hardware, asset management
Need to have knowledge on basics of PCs
Pulling data on SCCM, JAMF etc
Power BI is helpful but not required
Not looking for senior resource -ideal would be between 4-6 years
Should be able to understand numbers and ask questions
No need to have similar industry experience
No certifications needed
