Power BI Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Power BI Data Analyst Manager I in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.

Overview:
This role is highly focused on Power BI modeling, DAX, and time based performance analytics, with an emphasis on reducing manual reporting and enabling a single source of truth across multiple initiatives.

Duties Include:
* Design, build and consolidate Power BI dashboards consolidating data from multiple projects into a single, unified view
* Develop advanced DAX measures, including Year over Year, Month over Month, YTD, growth rates, and time intelligence calculations
* Perform data modeling and source consolidation, replacing manual CSV based and databricks tables workflows with scalable datasets
* Standardize KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent reporting across dashboards
* Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
* Optimize dashboards for performance, refresh efficiency, and long-term maintainability

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
* Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and complex DAX
* Experience building dashboards used for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking
* SQL experience and familiarity with Databricks or curated datasets is a plus
* Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
