Job Description
  • The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs
  • Manage Track Milestones
  • Ceate jobs in JT/Polaris
  • Issue Jobs to design
  • Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris
  • Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs
  • Reconcile jobs office
  • Liaise with Stakeholders
  • Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC CPM FPM and sales
  • Provide reporting for next level management
  • Identify Resources
  • Create and approve funding request
  • Material management and reconciliation
  • Research contracts and agreements
  • Manage funding request/purchase order
  • Responsible for job estimates/finance
  • Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
  • Interact with other roles including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
  • Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control
  • Follow admin QC checklist materials invoice pictures footages
  • Validate permit is closed
  • Final invoice milestone is set
  • Ensure all milestones are updated
  • Close jobs

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Responsible for the project management in job creations, workflow and milestone management of construction projects, as well as administrative and financial quality control of jobs for the Northeast Beltway capital construction projects.
  • Deliver process controls and monitoring/reporting for construction performance, material management, financial & QC controls.
  • This role will be 60% in the Field and 40% in the office.
    • They will be supporting Berkeley County and Jefferson County WV
    • When not in the field they will be reporting to the office.
  • Some experience we are looking for preferably is some cable knowledge, project management skills, telecom construction experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
