- Review job cost postings, assist with invoicing, collections, and provide periodic reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all project paperwork (timesheets, work orders, material transfers, change orders, tool transfers, closing packages, etc.).
- Oversee processes related to estimating, purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, and reporting.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Customer & Team Communication- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer questions and concerns.
- Attend facility and construction meetings as required.
- Lead team trainings, operational meetings, and collaborate with safety and training departments.
Technical Expertise- Perform work with a strong technical understanding of telecommunications systems.
