Role Summary
This position involves managing network change windows, requiring coordination with migration teams and technical leads to ensure smooth site migrations. Responsibilities

Collaborate with migration teams to plan and execute site migrations from pre-migration assessments through change window implementation.
Coordinate with technical leads during change windows to communicate and escalate migration-related issues promptly.
Provide regular status updates during change windows, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and potential risks.
Maintain comprehensive records of change activities, capturing status updates, timestamps, and relevant details via a standardized method.
Escalate any risks or issues arising during change windows to appropriate escalation points.
Work after standard business hours (Eastern Standard Time) between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM as required.
Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders regarding the impact, issues, and resolutions related to change activities.
Ensure a smooth transition to the Day 1 operations team at the conclusion of each change window with proper handoffs.
Send out communication updates to all relevant parties following change completion.
Maintain a strong understanding of wired/wireless networking technologies, including SDWAN and SDA, with CCNA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

Experience managing network change windows, particularly for site migrations.
Basic understanding of SDWAN, SDA, Wired/Wireless technologies.
Ability to perform under pressure during change windows and maintain focus on tasks.
Strong communication skills for real-time updates and stakeholder interactions.
Decisiveness and assertiveness when handling issues and escalations.
Availability to work after hours, primarily between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM EST.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Knowledge of change management processes and recordkeeping.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA are preferred but not mandatory.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and to perform the role remotely.

Publishing Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00 Hourly

This position is fully remote and can be performed from an approved location.
