Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP/Network Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in VoIP technologies, network architecture, and troubleshooting complex communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP systems and IP-based telephony solutions

Configure and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability

Troubleshoot voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network and telecom projects

Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across voice and data networks

Required Skills:

15+ years of experience in VoIP, networking, and telecom infrastructure

Strong experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)

Hands-on expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, QoS)

Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or similar platforms

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field

Cloud VoIP or unified communications experience

Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)

Experience with monitoring tools and network security
