Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory Infor ERP experience to support Phase 2 of a large ERP implementation focused on Finance modules. This is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance stakeholders, implementation teams, and business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, support ERP configuration discussions, and assist with successful deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

·         5+ years of Business Analyst experience in ERP implementations

·         Mandatory hands-on experience with Infor ERP

·         Strong experience supporting Finance modules including:

o    General Ledger (GL)

o    Accounts Payable (AP)

o    Accounts Receivable (AR)

o    Procurement / Purchasing

o    Budgeting & Financial Reporting

·         Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

·         Experience conducting gap analysis and process mapping

·         Strong experience with UAT coordination and production support

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·         Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams

Responsibilities

·         Gather and document functional and business requirements

·         Work with Finance teams to analyze current and future-state processes

·         Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions

·         Create BRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and user stories

·         Coordinate with ERP implementation and technical teams

·         Support testing activities including SIT and UAT

·         Track issues, defects, and requirement changes

·         Assist with training and go-live support activities

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with large-scale ERP transformation projects

·         Public sector or transportation industry experience is a plus

·         Experience supporting multi-phase ERP implementations

Important Notes

·         Infor ERP experience is mandatory

·         This is a fully onsite role in Dallas, TX

·         Candidates without Infor ERP experience will not be considered.
