Senior Process Engineer, Chemical Manufacturing

Own the technical and economic performance of a process unit at a global leader in specialty chemical technology. You will drive improvements in quality, cost, safety, and emissions, and scale new products from development to production. The role includes an8 to 12% annual bonus, a sign-on bonus, andstrong paid relocation.

Must-Haves

• BS in Chemical Engineering
• Process engineering experience in chemical or petroleum manufacturing
• Working knowledge ofPSM/RMPand regulatory programs
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work 12-hour days in a plant environment
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

What You\'ll Do

• Monitor daily unit operations and provide technical support
• Design and run tests on operating changes to improve quality, capacity, and cost
• Design and document processes, and select equipment for scale-up of new products
• Support PSM/RMP programs and investigate production, safety, environmental, and quality issues
• Help prepare the annual control budget, operating reviews, and economic studies
• Write procedures, train operators on new equipment, and supervise technicians as needed
• Lead selected projects and coordinate with contractors on equipment installs
