We are looking for an experienced CCB Senior Test Analyst with strong Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) expertise and a proven background in end-to-end testing within utility domain projects. This role requires leadership in test strategy, execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination

???? Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for CCB applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing for Oracle CCB and related systems.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of CCB applications, interfaces, APIs, services, and map layers.
- Perform cross?browser and cross?platform testing to ensure consistent application behavior.
- Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and cross?functional teams to align testing with project requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing activities, workflows, and resolutions.
???? Defect Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and support defect triage and resolution.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry compliance.
- Provide test status updates, progress reports, and key quality metrics to stakeholders.
???? Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the testing team; facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, offshore units, and external vendors to ensure smooth test cycle execution.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement analysis, and sign-off meetings to align deliverables with business expectations.
? Essential Skills
- Strong expertise with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) - must-have.
- Proven experience testing CCB-focused applications and integrations.
- Strong domain knowledge in the utility industry.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Test planning and execution
- Functional & system testing
- Defect management
- Test documentation
- Exposure to test automation, preferably using Tosca (nice to have).

- Functional expertise in Oracle Utility Customer Care & Billing.
- Experience with large enterprise utility projects.
