Job Duties
Position Description: Project Manager (ERP Data Analytics, Cloud Hosting and Migration, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - OCI, Snowflake, AWS, and Python Technical Support).
Overview: The Project Manager (PM) will lead end-to-end delivery of data-engineering, analytics, and cloud-modernization initiatives using OCI, Snowflake, AWS services, Data Stage, ERP source data, and Python-based pipeline development.
This role combines traditional PM discipline with hands-on technical understanding of modern cloud data platforms, enabling the PM to drive requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality execution across data pipelines, integrations, and analytics workloads.
The PM will also monitor and help support on-going operations of the delivered solutions and operating environments.
REQUIRED:
Master’s Degree or advanced education Highly desired
Certifications in ITIL, Oracle Technologies, Security, or other relevant advanced degrees Highly desired
Technical Operations Management Required
Experience with Cloud Hosting & Migration (AWS / OCI), has managed cloud migration projects Required
Snowflake Data Platform Delivery: components including databases, schemas, RBAC roles, warehouses, resource monitors, and data-sharing Required
AWS and OCI Cloud Platform Delivery Required
Technical Oversight – Python & Data Engineering Required
Experience with Compliance, Risk & Security Management Required
Communications, Executive, Stakeholder, & Cross-Agency Required
Demonstrable understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices Required
Outsourcing/Managed Services – preferably onshore Required
ERP systems Required
Cloud-based provider management Required
Project Leadership and Delivery Required
Hands-On management of large/complex technical ERP projects Required
Experience with Public Sector organizations Required
Manage medium-to-large scale IT projects covering all phases of project management Required
Manage vendor contracts and performance measures and negotiate changes Required
