A leading global technology enterprise is seeking an experienced Contract Senior Project Manager to drive several time-bound, high-impact strategic initiatives across Global Travel Operations and Corporate Finance.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities 1. Corporate Card Program
  • Lead project roadmaps, governance, and end-to-end rollout for corporate card enhancements and global footprint expansion.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Treasury, Legal, HR, and Travel leadership on governance, internal controls, and user policies.

  • Author program roadmaps, risk assessments, status reports, adoption frameworks, and training documentation.

  • Manage milestone tracking, RAID logs, and executive delivery checkpoints through completion.

2. ServiceNow Travel Desk Implementation
  • Manage end-to-end deployment of a ServiceNow-based Travel Desk solution from initial requirements through go-live and hypercare.

  • Partner with IT, HR, Travel operations, and third-party vendors on workflow automation, service catalog design, and data integrations.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management strategies, and end-user readiness programs.

  • Monitor release schedules, technical dependencies, and system stabilization metrics.

3. Travel Agency (TMC) RFP & Vendor Transition
  • Manage project deliverables for global Travel Management Company sourcing, evaluation, and selection.

  • Coordinate project timelines, scorecards, stakeholder reviews, and procurement governance gates.

  • Oversee vendor transition roadmaps, service-level operational readiness, and cutover tracking.

  • Foster alignment between Global Procurement, Legal, Finance, and external vendor teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of formal project/program management experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.

  • Proven background managing Corporate Card rollouts, corporate travel operations, or finance technology implementations.

  • Direct experience with American Express (Amex) Corporate Card programs and TMC sourcing/transitions strongly preferred.

  • Deep proficiency in enterprise project governance: RAID management, dependency mapping, executive dashboarding, and vendor accountability.

  • Strong ability to translate complex business workflows into structured technical milestones.

  • Superb executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities in matrixed enterprise environments.

  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Work Location: Must be available for onsite collaboration in Santa Clara, CA based on program and stakeholder needs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Hands-on familiarity with travel and expense tools (SAP Concur, Coupa) and ServiceNow workflows.

  • Exposure to reporting and BI analytics workstreams utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Experience leveraging modern AI productivity tools to accelerate PM deliverables and reporting.

  • Prior track record supporting Fortune 500 technology companies.
