Seeking an Application Analyst with 3 7 years of experience supporting enterprise Asset Management, ERP, or CMMS applications. The role involves application support, SQL-based troubleshooting, data analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with business and IT teams to improve system performance and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot Asset Management applications
- Perform SQL analysis, data validation, and root cause investigation
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Support testing, enhancements, and system implementations
- Develop documentation, job aids, and support procedures
- Identify process improvements and innovative solutions
Required Skills:
- 3 7 years of Application/Support Analyst experience
- Strong SQL querying and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting enterprise applications (ERP/CMMS preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Fleet organization experience
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-enabled tools.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $60.00-$66.00 per hour.
