Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a BDR Ops Compensation Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs, BDR leadership, and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures.
  • Effectively articulate and communicate decisions, including when to decline compensation requests that do not meet criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation.
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience minimum, no years of experience cap Top 3 skillsets: analytical thinker (strong excel skills), organized, ability to work with our business partners (weekly or more interactions with partners) which requires business process perspective while being empathetic to their needs.
  • Requires operations experience
  • Proven experience in a sales operations or analytical role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and making tough decisions when necessary.
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Two rounds of interviews
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. OR relevant experience.
