Job Description
We are seeking a Vulnerability Remediation Support Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, vulnerability remediation, and stakeholder leadership and a proven ability to drive domain strategy, resolve remediation issues, and improve processes and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a designated domain within the Vulnerability Remediation Support Analyst team.
- Prepare assigned domains and the enterprise for transition to ServiceNow for vulnerability management.
- Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and the domain to influence sustainable change.
- Act as process and data subject-matter expert for vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Deliver support and respond to inquiries through established technology support channels.
- Serve as first-line liaison to Operations and Engineering teams in CTI/APSE GBS for remediation and patching.
- Coordinate with application teams, Information Security, and business stakeholders to resolve remediation issues.
- Identify and drive process and automation improvements within the domain.
- Manage and triage issues related to security vulnerabilities, escalating as needed.
- Oversee programs, coordinate activities across functions, and maintain funding alignment with technology strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Vulnerability Management expertise, including configuration and process enablement (3+ years).
- End-to-end vulnerability management and remediation experience (5+ years).
- Ability to communicate and build partnerships with senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influence skills in a matrixed environment.
- Analytical thinking and data analysis with clear presentation of findings.
- Project management with results orientation and risk management awareness.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, solution delivery processes, and solution design.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, fluid environment as a self-starter with learning mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Bank of America domain experience in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio.
- Experience with Confluence for knowledge management and collaboration.
- Background in financial management and technology strategy alignment.
