Job Description


We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team supporting a Vulnerability Remediation Engineer domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Management, security vulnerability remediation processes, and stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to lead domain strategy, triage issues, and drive process and automation improvements across complex environments.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead a designated domain within the Vulnerability Remediation Engineer team, serving as domain expert for process, data, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare assigned domains and the enterprise for transition to ServiceNow, including readiness planning and change influence.

  • Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and the domain to influence and implement improvements over time.

  • Serve as first-line liaison to Operations and Engineering teams in CTI/APSE GBS on vulnerability remediation and patching activities.

  • Deliver timely support and guidance through established tech support channels for vulnerability and patching inquiries.

  • Identify and prioritize process and automation opportunities within the domain to improve remediation cycle time and accuracy.

  • Act as point of contact for application teams, technology stakeholders, service providers, information security, and business partners to resolve remediation issues.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, manage risks and escalations, and track progress against goals and funding constraints.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • ServiceNow Vulnerability Management expertise, including process design and transition leadership.

  • Hands-on experience with security vulnerability management and patching in large enterprises.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills, including senior leadership engagement.

  • Proven project management capability with results orientation and issue triage to resolution.

  • Analytical thinking, risk management, and business acumen with financial management awareness.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, solution delivery processes, and solution design fundamentals.

  • Experience collaborating in matrixed, fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.


Preferred Skills:



  • Bank of America domain expertise in a CIO application or CTI product portfolio.

  • Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
