This position is for an IT Business Analyst to lead a domain within a Vulnerability Remediation Engineer team. This new team of analysts will provide strategic leadership, serve as experts on vulnerability remediation processes, and support the enterprise transition to ServiceNow. The role involves guiding and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management and serving as a key point of contact for application teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a domain on the Vulnerability Remediation Engineer team.
- Prepare domains and the enterprise for the ServiceNow transition.
- Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and the domain to influence change.
- Serve as an expert on process, data, and stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Deliver support for questions related to vulnerability management and patching via existing support channels.
- Act as a first-line liaison to Operations and Engineering teams performing vulnerability remediation.
- Identify opportunities for process and automation improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for application teams to resolve vulnerability remediation issues.
- Coordinate activities across functional teams, remediate or escalate issues, and manage programs.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management is required.
Technical Skills:- ServiceNow
- DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management is a strong plus.
- Previous experience within the specified client's domain, particularly in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
- Ability to communicate, engage, and build partnerships with senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $50.00/hour and $53.56/hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
