  • Lead and coordinate all project phases, including design development, preconstruction, permitting, engineering, utility coordination, construction, and commissioning.
  • Act as the single point of leadership across internal teams and external partners, including designers, engineers, architects, utilities, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage complex utility coordination efforts to ensure power availability, approvals, and schedule alignment.
  • Ensure all designs are completed, reviewed, and stamped by licensed architects and engineers.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines and cost controls.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, owner's representation, or program management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects from design through completion, serving as the primary owner-side lead.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across utilities, architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting authorities to resolve complex dependencies.
  • Experience in industrial or commercial builds, electrical infrastructure, or data center construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as the single point of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EV infrastructure, electrification projects, or other power-intensive facilities.
  • Background with a large general contractor or infrastructure-focused consultancy.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes and coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
