ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Project Manager who excels at the intersection of project delivery, data governance, and enterprise oversight. In this role, you will ensure that critical initiatives move forward with clarity, structure, and disciplined execution. You will oversee cross-functional efforts that depend on reliable, consistent, and high-quality data.
This position drives alignment between project teams, data owners, and executives while ensuring that all solutions follow well-established governance frameworks. You will help elevate how data is managed, understood, and used across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end to end delivery of enterprise projects with significant data driven components
• Implement and mature governance frameworks across data quality, metadata, stewardship, and compliance
• Partner with data engineering, architecture, analytics, and business leaders to enforce consistent data standards
• Track and report project performance using KPI dashboards, governance metrics, and executive scorecards
• Facilitate decision making forums, steering committees, and governance councils
• Identify and resolve risks tied to data dependencies, lineage, quality, and cross team ownership
• Ensure all deliverables comply with governance controls including security, privacy, and change management
• Drive adoption of data enabled delivery best practices across project teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 7 plus years of project management experience supporting enterprise scale initiatives
• Strong background in data governance, data quality management, or metadata frameworks
• Experience delivering projects with significant data dependencies including analytics, MDM, data platforms, or cloud solutions
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross functional stakeholders
• Experience with PMO governance including stage gates, risk and issue logs, and compliance checkpoints
• Solid understanding of data architecture concepts including lineage, cataloging, sourcing, and integrations
• Advanced skills in project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• PMP or other delivery certifications preferred

• Executive presence with confidence in senior level forums
• Strong communication with the ability to simplify complex data concepts
• Negotiation and influence skills across technical and business functions
