About the RoleWe are seeking a
Lead Software Engineer to drive front-end development and AI integration for a high-impact web portal project. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead design and front-end development for a major web portal project.
- Drive AI development initiatives, including spec-driven approaches and integration with modern AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions using Angular and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure accountability for project outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications- AI Expertise: Proven ability to lead AI-driven projects and integrate AI into product strategy.
- Front-End Development: Strong hands-on experience with Angular and portal design.
- API Knowledge: Deep understanding of API security layers and integration.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to take ownership, speak up, and drive results.
- Career Commitment: Interest in transitioning into a full-time role after contract period.
