We are seeking a polished, highly professional
Executive Deskside Support Lead to provide direct, high-visibility technical support to
C-Level Executives and VIP leadership. This role is critical to ensuring seamless technology operations for senior leadership and maintaining exceptional service quality.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary onsite technical leader
- Maintain full accountability for field support operations and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a "Customer First" experience in all interactions, especially with executive stakeholders.
- Provide high-touch Windows 10 support to C-Level Executives, VIPs, and leaders.
- Deliver rapid response and white-glove service for executive technology needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Manage, escalate, and resolve high-priority tickets on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide field support reporting and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
Required skills:
- Minimum 2 years as a Technical Site Manager, Telecom Manager, or Field Services Manager (Team Lead experience alone is not sufficient.)
- Prior military leadership experience is highly desired.
- At least 2 years of Executive Deskside Support experience, supporting C-Level Executives/VIPs.
- 5+ years of Windows 10 desktop support experience
- Experience with field support, ticketing systems, and reporting.
- Previous healthcare or clinical environment experience is required
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr.
