Windows 11 PC Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, plus alternating Saturdays (Saturday shift is 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; Monday off on weeks when Saturday is worked)
Vaccination Requirement: Must be fully vaccinated
As a Deskside Support Technician, you'll provide hands-on technical support across Washington Hospital, ensuring clinicians and staff have reliable, secure, and efficient workstation environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys face-to-face support, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software break/fix incidents
• Perform IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change) including software installs and hardware upgrades
• Support PC refresh cycles and workstation deployments
• Provide support for a wide range of peripherals
• Use ServiceNow for ticketing, documentation, and workflow management
• Provide in-person support at tech walk-up bars
• Use remote tools such as LogMeIn when needed
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure minimal downtime and excellent service delivery

Required skills:

• 6+ months Windows 11 support experience
• 6+ months Deskside, PC Refresh, or IMAC support
• Strong customer service
• Fully vaccinated
• ServiceNow documentation experience (huge plus)

This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
