Job Overview:
Pay Range: $93.67hr - $98.67hr

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with platform leaders to define program goals, roadmap planning, and alignment processes.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution including scope, schedule, resourcing, capacity planning, deliverables, and budget.
  • Provide visibility into project status, resource utilization, and team performance.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts across multiple teams and proactively drive resolution.
  • Establish and manage operating rhythms, including intake processes, communication channels, templates, and leadership cadence.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for external agencies, managing onboarding, project execution, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate across workstreams to consolidate timelines into a unified program view.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and Design.
  • Drive alignment and execution across complex, multi-team initiatives.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • 8 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working with product development lifecycles and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment.
  • Experience managing resources, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with design and engineering teams on large-scale initiatives.
  • Background in agency account management or similar environments.
  • Experience building and implementing processes in evolving organizations.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs in product development.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
