  • 1+ year of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience.
  • Experience with PC hardware and software installation/troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
