Title: IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead) - Remote
Duration: 8 Months with the possibility of extension based on demand.
Location: Remote
Note: Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred. All US locations can be considered.
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel (approximately 10–15%) to Client Solar manufacturing facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Hemlock, Michigan

About the Role
- Client is seeking an experienced, outcome-driven IT PMO Project Manager (PM Lead) to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives supporting Client’s manufacturing and digital innovation priorities.
- As an IT PMO Project Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling digital and AI-driven capabilities that support the Client’s manufacturing future.

- The PM Lead will operate within the Client’s PMO while applying Agile, hybrid, and Scrum-based delivery approaches, particularly in environments where AI-enabled solutions are being implemented within manufacturing and industrial contexts.
- This role partners with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, transparency, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Outcome Ownership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive work toward clear outcomes and business value, not just schedule adherence.
• Balance scope, timeline, risk, and quality while maintaining delivery flow.
• Take ownership of delivery challenges, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
2. Servant Leadership & Team Enablement
• Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best.
• Remove impediments, facilitate collaboration, and foster accountability.
• Support Agile and hybrid teams by reinforcing discipline, focus, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage transparency, trust, and learning across delivery teams.
3. Program & Workstream Management
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues using RAID artifacts.
• Coordinate across IT, engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between delivery activities and strategic objectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and decisions.
• Translate complex technical and delivery topics into clear, executive-level communication.
• Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and outcome discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through data-driven insights and transparency.
5. Governance, Quality & Compliance
• Operate effectively within Client’s enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure delivery artifacts, controls, and documentation meet organizational standards.
• Apply governance pragmatically to enable speed while maintaining trust and quality.
6. Agile, AI & Modern Delivery Practices
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices within enterprise and hybrid delivery models.
• Support delivery of AI-enabled solutions, particularly within manufacturing environments.
• Partner with technical teams to plan, track, and deliver AI initiatives incrementally.
• Promote modern delivery metrics focused on flow, predictability, and outcomes.

Experience
** • 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO delivery roles.**
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
** • Demonstrated success driving delivery outcomes amid ambiguity and change.**
• Experience working across IT, engineering, and operational teams.
** • PM Experience implementing AI solutions in Manufacturing Environments**
Certifications
** • PMI PMP (Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional) certification required. **
