Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational activities to meet department objectives.
- Coordinate communication between team members and other departments.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and scheduling.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
- Availability to work on-site during business hours.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $100.00 - $125.00 USD Hourly
