Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maximo Functional Lead (MAS 9.x) with strong utilities domain expertise to drive end-to-end functional delivery across enterprise asset management initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership in solution design, configuration, and business transformation using IBM Maximo.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo across business units
Translate business requirements into workflows, asset structures, job plans, and work management processes
Drive solution design workshops with SMEs, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Own and deliver key artifacts: BRDs, FDDs, configuration specs, and test scenarios
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface validations
Ensure alignment with enterprise asset management standards and compliance requirements
Lead SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and go-live readiness
Guide stakeholders on Maximo best practices and process optimization
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Provide leadership to functional analysts and coordinate across ERP, GIS, Mobile, and Reporting teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Maximo Functional Lead (MAS 9.x preferred)
Proven experience in Utilities domain (must-have)
Expertise in:

Maximo configuration & functional design
Work management, asset management, and workflows
Requirement gathering & stakeholder management

Experience working on large-scale implementations or transformations
