Senior Oracle Functional Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial applications.

Summary:
This individual will work closely with end users to troubleshoot system issues, support data and integration processes, assist with application configuration and testing, and help ensure business systems are operating efficiently. Ideal candidates will have experience with financial systems, strong SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise business applications, particularly within financial and operational environments
* Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and assisting with solution design and testing efforts
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and core business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through resolution
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization and with external partners
* Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation activities
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Effective communicator who can collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams
* Comfortable working with application documentation, user guides, and system specifications
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement
* Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective resolutions
* Ability to support, mentor, and share knowledge with junior team members when needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
