Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join our team. In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow VR product.
- Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are companywide with broad impact.
- Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed-upon standards and tools.
- Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met and implement key risk initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues.
- Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
- Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 7+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
- 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods.
- 1+ years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL.
- Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
- Certified as ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React.
- 2+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
- 2+ years of Agile experience.
- Integration experience with tools like Qualys, Wiz, NVD, and Phosphorus.

Pay Range: $65 - $70
