Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions aligned with pharmaceutical or healthcare business requirements.
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and returns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
Lead SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements for the SD module.
Ensure integration of SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, TM, and third-party systems.
Support pharma/healthcare regulatory requirements, including compliance, traceability, and controlled distribution processes.
Work with technical teams for interface development, EDI integrations, and API-based integrations with external systems.
Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide production support and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementations and support.
Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
Knowledge of pricing, billing, credit management, shipping, and returns processes.
Experience with EDI, third-party integrations, and API-based integrations.
Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, and logistics modules.
Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
