* 10+ years of experience in project management, with a direct focus on manufacturing IT and MES (e.g., Apriso, Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, SAP ME/MII) implementation projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale system implementations and upgrades.
* Strong knowledge of shop-floor systems, manufacturing operations management (MOM), and hardware/software integration processes.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Responsibilities:

β Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

β Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
β Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and budget status.
β Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
β Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) as needed for project execution.
β Facilitate change management processes related to the new MES systems, ensuring shop-floor user adoption and training.
β Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to Industry 4.0 and manufacturing execution.
