Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business System Consultant 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and technology solutions to meet organizational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical systems, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document system requirements and enhancements.
- Develop and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in system development.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
Required Qualifications: - 4 plus years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability.
- Advanced Power Automate experience building end-to-end workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis and technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.

Pay Range: $53 - $60/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
