Only W2 Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables, review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues. You will collaborate with client personnel in Project Management while leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.
- Review and analyze Project Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
- Resolve moderately complex issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Lead end-to-end builds, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across technology, business SMEs, and leadership.
- Translate complex discussions into clear execution plans and stakeholder-ready materials.
- Drive consistent communication, documentation, training, and adoption.
- Ensure migrations are delivered on time and risks are surfaced early.
Qualifications: - 4 years of Project Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in program and project management (multi-workstream delivery).
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and timeline management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Expertise in translating complex topics into execution plans.
- Experience in large-scale migration and re-engineering support.
- Ability to deliver centralized reporting and execution layers.
- Skills in training, documentation, and adoption enablement.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Pay Range: $50- $55
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
