Job Overview: This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables, review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. The role also includes resolving moderately complex issues while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on and participate in moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
- Review and analyze Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
- Leverage understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support the migration of legacy collections applications from Java Server Faces to React.
- Work on a Kanban team performing quarterly releases.
Qualifications: - 4 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5-7 years of Java Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React and Core Java back-end development.
- Experience with large, complex applications.
- Prior experience with AI-driven application conversion is a plus.
- Previous experience with Wells Fargo is beneficial.

Pay Range: $52.00 - $57.00/hr on W2
