Summary

Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)

Location: San Francisco, CA / Cincinnati, OH / Dallas, TX

Duration : Long term (Onsite)

Job Description:

Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, and Virtual Agent.
Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.
Experience developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases, and Active Directory.
Experience creating repeatable processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments to ensure reliability and high availability.
Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Basic knowledge of ITIL/industry standards.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Behavioral Competency
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences (verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with project team members.
Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (pre-iteration and retrospectives).
Experience Required: 8–10 Years.
