responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
- Experience working in an agile team required.
- A strong understanding of the AI model lifecycle, from development to deployment
- Ability to approach complex challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Client-obsessed with a passion to tackle challenges through a data driven approach. Proficiency with SQL, Excel and solid understanding of Tableau and data visualization techniques
- Platform migration experience a plus
qualifications:
Develop a solid understanding of the current application and ensure the design document accurately reflects it.
Partner with developers to design and migrate the current application to a new platform, ensuring:
Experiences function as expected
Logging and end to end flow perform as designed
Use SQL as needed to evaluate experience performance.
