Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect in Tempe, AZ.
Summary:
Kforce is supporting a leading financial services organization through a multi-year Salesforce transformation to modernize and scale its ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, and AI-enabled capabilities. We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to serve as the principal solution leader and strategic thought partner, driving end-to-end architecture, integration strategy, user experience, and delivery across multiple business units. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders, product owners, engineering, data teams, and third-party vendors to design secure, scalable, and advisor-centric solutions that enable growth, onboarding excellence, service modernization, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
* Lead functional architecture for Salesforce initiatives, defining a scalable, multi-year platform vision
* Design end-to-end, multi-cloud solutions across FSC, Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and AI
* Translate business and product needs into well-architected solutions, including data models, user flows, and integrations
* Establish standards for solution design, UX, data modeling, documentation, and governance
* Reduce technical debt while improving performance, scalability, and platform sustainability
* Partner with Product Owners on roadmap planning, epics, and user stories
* Facilitate discovery sessions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
* Guide fit-gap decisions between standard platform capabilities and custom solutions
* Maintain solution blueprints, documentation, and architectural artifacts
* Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce and AI capabilities
* Promote best practices in security, compliance, data governance, and integration design
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Salesforce solution architecture experience
* Experience designing scalable, multi-org or multi-business-unit environments
* Proven API and enterprise integration experience
* Deep expertise in FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
* Strong understanding of advisory workflows and regulated financial services
* Excellent stakeholder communication and design-leadership skills
* Salesforce certifications preferred; DevOps and compliance experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
