Job Description

This position is a combination of AI Product Manager and Technical Program Manager responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI, be technically deep in AI stack, and have demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed organization to drive impact. This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience with product management.
Minimum 3 years' experience writing features for AI products (hands on AI product work, not just interest in AI).
Minimum 5 years' experience with enterprise scale collaboration (facilitation and alignment across large matrixed organizations).

Job Responsibilities:
* Deeply analyze and understand contracting business processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation
* Define and align scope with business stakeholders
* Write detailed technical AI features
* Partner closely with engineers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery
* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
* Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
* Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

Skills:
* Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
* Proven technical program management experience in a large matrixed environment
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
* Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
* Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
* Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
* Experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI

Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
* 10+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience
* 3+ years of experience building AI solutions

Explain a typical day in the role.:

The purpose of this team is to deliver technical solutions that support Legal Affairs and Philanthropies businesses, operating as an internal product management group within Digital. This role will contribute to transforming complex business processes-particularly in the contracts space by identifying where AI solutions can improve or modernize workflows.

Best vs. Average:

The ideal resume would contain experience transforming business processes using AI and AI agents within a large enterprise, directly aligning to the sponsor's key requirement.

Disqualifiers:

Candidates without large enterprise experience (those coming from very small firms lacking enterprise scale collaboration and alignment skills) would not be a fit.
