Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Role Summary:
Results-driven Data & Analytics Delivery Consultant with extensive experience leading end-to-end data programs and delivering scalable cloud-based data platforms. Adept at aligning business strategy with data-driven solutions, ensuring successful execution through strong delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Delivery

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of data and analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Define data adoption roadmaps including use cases such as reporting, forecasting, and operational optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures.

Program & Delivery Management

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of data programs (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
  • Drive Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery models ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs, success metrics, and governance frameworks for data initiatives.

Data Engineering & Platform Enablement

  • Architect and oversee enterprise data platforms on cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS).
  • Implement modern data architectures including data lakes, warehouses, and medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) frameworks.
  • Ensure robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and consumption using ETL/ELT tools.

Analytics & Reporting Enablement

  • Enable end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data ingestion to visualization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with analysts and business users to deliver actionable insights.
  • Leverage platforms like Databricks and Snowflake for scalable analytics workloads.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish enterprise data governance frameworks including lineage, cataloging, and access control.
  • Drive data quality initiatives, compliance standards, and secure handling of sensitive data (PII, SOX).

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across finance, marketing, operations, and IT teams.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of data engineers, analysts, and product owners.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
