HVAC Mechanic to help us maintain our stunning property to the highest standards!
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a wide variety of systems throughout the resort. Your expertise will be essential in keeping our
guest rooms,
meeting spaces, and
front-of-house areas running flawlessly, as well as maintaining vital back-of-house systems like the
kitchen,
laundry,
electrical,
mechanical, and
HVAC systems.
As a Tech III, you'll be the key player in performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, using a state-of-the-art Windows-based computer system. You'll work with cutting-edge technology to keep our operations running seamlessly, ensuring both our guests and team members experience nothing short of excellence.
The pay rate for this position is $22.00-$24.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shift coverage across various maintenance areas, requiring a keen eye for detail and quick troubleshooting abilities
- Performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of all resort facilities
- Utilizing Windows-based systems to manage and track maintenance activities
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to aid in system repairs and improvements
- Maintaining and troubleshooting life-safety systems, guaranteeing guest and team member safety at all times
