Role Overview 
We are looking for a ServiceNow TSM Functional Consultant with strong telecom domain knowledge to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support ServiceNow Telecom Service Management implementations and enhancements. 
Mandatory Skills

Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Telecom Service Management (TSM).

Strong understanding of Telecom Operations, including:

Network/Service Inventory

Customer Service

Service Lifecycle Management
```

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional solution design.

Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Experience with ServiceNow telecom workflows, case management, service inventory, and order orchestration.

Understanding of OSS/BSS integrations and telecom systems.

Experience with Agile/Scrum, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.

Strong UAT, defect management, and deployment coordination experience.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
